Regional Human Resources Manager
– Located in Hong Kong and reporting to the Corporate Human Resources Division in the U.S., the Manager is responsible for providing generalist support to the Shure Sales and Marketing offices in Asia. The Manager will develop and manage personnel policies, oversee recruitment efforts, and manage employee relations.  The Manager will also act as a catalyst for cultivating and maintaining the Shure culture.


This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager who wants to be a part of a fast paced team taking our business to new levels.

Interested persons should:

 

• Have a university degree preferably in HR Management
• Have a minimum of 5 years experience working at a multi-national company
• Be fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin or another Asian language is an advantage
• Have knowledge of local labor laws and ordinances
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have strong organization and analytical skills
• Have strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS)
• Be able to travel locally and internationally

 

Above all, the Manager must have the passion, energy, credibility, and maturity to work in a change-oriented environment.
